when I arrived there, it was not poor. but very tiny room. I stayed in room pravate. in the bath room there were soap used. didn't clean very well. I was suspicious on towel as well if it was also used from person that there were before. but for price of the hotel, it is reasonable. but I don't want to recommend it to others. even it's not near to center of city

I had booked at Cristal 1 but stayed at Cristal 2: excellent value for money, a few steps from the beach, friendly staff - would definitely recommend

no tea making facilities in room :-(

The rooms are clean and the service very good. The location of the hotel is also very good for sightseeing.

The location was great! The room and bathroom were very clean. The front desk staff was very helpful on directions to the shopping center and to call taxis.

Although I booked a room in Cristal 1 I was sent to their other hotel Cristal 2.If this happens to other people, stand with the hotel on your left, walk to the end of Venezuela, turn right, walk to the seafront and Cristal 2 is on your left.The hotel has excellent quality wi-fi in the bedroom. Although the breakfast is the usual croissant,tostada etc. , coffee and bun it is self-service and therefore not rationed.No orange juice but there is a vending machine .The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel does accept credit cards.

A little noisy upto midnight.Take your own plug for the washbasin! A double room for single occupancy is better than a sngle room because there is more drawer space.

Near to the city center Cheap Cleaned Kind stuff

When we arrived hotel was closed for repair. We were directed to Cristal 2. Which was very good & offered at the same price. Would have appreciated notice but fortunatley all turned out well.

Traffic was quite noisey & why do refuse bins have to be emptied at 00.30 in the morning? None of which is your fault

Actually, despite the last negative reviews from others clients, the room was clean and quite new and cozy, towels were ok, and in general it seems for me to be a very good place for this price.

It is situated a bit far from the train and bus stations (we walked this distance, but could be good idea to take a bus, if you have luggage). Old city center is also a bit far (well, maybe 15-20 mins walk for me, but I walk fast), but the beach is closer.

actually it was cristal 2 because cristal 1 was closed. very friendly staff. extremeley good value for money, at least in december.
